One of my greatest life decisions was come to 100 West Dental!! Obsessed with the staff, decor, updated equipment, aesthetics, EFFICIENCY, cleanliness, and THOROUGHNESS. Everyone is so nice and detail-oriented. Everything is always explained without me needing to ask; cost, routines, maintenance, next steps, etc. I feel so much comfort coming here! I have never loved coming to the dentist more.

I am age 64. My former dentist of 14 years retired at the end of January. I received an introductory letter signed from 100 West Dental informing me that Dr Prior and Dr. Hartman had acquired my former dentist's practice. As an introductory offer, complementary services, including diagnostic x-rays, oral cancer screening, fluoride treatment, general exam were offered at no charge. My only charge this time around was for the preventative water teeth cleaning (reasonable cost.

) I found the dental assistant, Laura as well as Dr. Hartman, very friendly; they make you feel relaxed as they complete their exam process. Both are very informed and provided useful answers for my slew of questions concerning potential treatments and the accompanying costs regarding my needs. Again, I am age 64, a cash customer who pays for treatments and exams. I am in the market for new dental plans via Medicare enrollment within the next six months. It looks like this practice is accepted in most dental plan networks.

I would recommend this office based on my first experience. Also, buyer beware on rising dental costs. Do your diligence via your insurance dental plans concerning the types of dental crowns that provide the most utility, gum comfort wear as well as costs and durability. I personally have a potential root canal situation and was surprised at the current costs of the referral consultation and treatment (separate Endodontics visit) to resolve a problem molar. tooth.

I had my first appointment today at 100 West Dental, as my prior dentist has retired. I was beyond impressed with the state-of-the-art technology, the friendliness of everyone I encountered, including my hygienist, Theresa, and the cleanliness of the office. The dentist, Dr. Hartman, was patient , thorough and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this office!
