I've been going back and forth with writing this review, and decided to follow through with writing a review. I went for a cleaning and the hygienist was aware of my previous experience bad experience at a dentist. She went on the test my gums and provide news. Long story short, she wasn't the suction cup enough and I started to choke a little. I asked her to stop and told her I'm experiencing a panic attack.

She said she would give me a minute, but the feeling did not subside. I told her I will rebook. She walked me out to the receptionist, and started laughing, stating I told her I had a panic attack. The receptionist looked instantly annoyed, they stated speaking their language and said okay. That was it.

I wasn't looking for sympathy, but thinking about the way they handled the situation, it was horrible. They clearly didn't care or had zero training in panic attacks. Bottom line, no one asked me if I was okay to drive or never bothered to follow up. Seriously, everyone she be veritable on handling these kind of situations and wanting the customer to come back. It your are nervous or prone to panic attacks, don't visit this dentistry

Very glad we have chosen Dr Zhao to help with my son’s orthodontic treatment. Dr Zhao and her team are very friendly and supportive. Dr Zhao explained thoroughly pros and cons of braces and Invisalign for us to help us make an informed decision. Overall we are very happy with my son’s Invisalign results.

I’ve been doing Invisalign with Dr. Zhao for the past six months, and the experience has been excellent! Everything has gone smoothly, and I can already see a big difference in my teeth! Today, I had a follow-up checkup, and Dr. Zhao was thorough and patient, carefully examining my teeth and answering all my questions.

I also had a teeth cleaning, and the hygienist was very friendly and gentle. She took great care to make sure I felt comfortable, and I didn’t experience any pain or discomfort. I highly recommend this dental office for both Invisalign and regular dental care!
