Great dentist they SAved so many of my teeth that other dentist told me I had to pull out. Great staff everything is great but wait times can be a little long other then that. It’s great.

Staff are very rude said good morning and they looked at me like if I wished death on them. . I took my daughter for a clean up and in less then 2 mins she was done. I went for a back tooth filling and after waiting 3 hour that same female dentist who cleaned my daughter teeth told me she couldn’t do my filling because she has a back problem. That I had to book an other appointment with an other dentist. she was extremely rude asked her a question in regards of my daughter teeth. Quickly and rudely answered .

The dentist assistant had an opinion about my daughter eyebrows. I would never go there again. They barely pick up the phone to schedule an appointments. Very unprofessional. And charge you 40 for a polish on teeth.

First let me say, I like all the staff here, they are pleasant, polite and a little helpful! The only thing I would say they have to work on is tardiness!!! You have excellent service but, the staff are always late and never answer the phone.

I’m extremely sensitive to life situations especially with having children and being a nurse but it’s every time I come and when you come in with Dunkin’ Donuts after being 30 minutes late while patients are waiting I think that is utterly unacceptable and a slap in the patients face! It shows a lack of character, care and concern for your community! We wanna stay in the Bronx with our people so so please structure better or find more reliable, punctual people or open later! I made an appointment for 10 I got here at 9:45 and because people were here before me they got seen before me even though I was on time for an appointment that was made before there’s and at 10:48 I’m still waiting to be seen while you guys are cackling in the back sipping coffee

They sent me to an oral surgeon that was excellent in extractions and then once healed I was fitted for dentures. This was all about a little over a year ago and I have to say I am very happy with my smile. It's changed my life!!! I love the staff very nice and courteous and comforting. Thank you
