I’ve been coming here for years. I have a lot of dental anxiety and they were very kind to me for a while. This last experience was a different story… I had the audacity to question why I needed a new crown when I was under the impression it was okay to keep. I’m not claiming to be a professional but it’s my mouth. The dentist got very frustrated with me, wouldn’t explain anything so I could understand and then simply just stopped speaking to me.

I felt like I was a car getting serviced, not a human. He didn’t check if the numbing was enough, he didn’t ask how I was the entire time. He left when he finished without speaking to me again. I turned to the assistant to ask if we were done because I had no idea if he finished or not. I’ve had quite a bit of work done and I’m aware of the typical experience and this was not it.

He didn’t seem to care if I felt any pain or if the filling was hitting my teeth funny when I closed or anything. I will not be back and I will be finding a dentist who treats you like a human, especially when you have disclosed your anxiety multiple times to ensure you’re not traumatized. I’d recommend finding a more consistent dentist where you can feel comfortable and respected.

Please do not go here for treating your tooth. My wife had a horrible experience doing a root canal, core build up and fixing her crown. It was very poorly done and she had to go to another dental clinic to get it fixed. When it came to getting reimbursed for this error, they were really slow and it took over 4 months to get our money back.

Front desk was of very little help and didn't know how to respond to our queries. They also state at the location that they waive credit card fees if you pay cash but they didn't carry any cash change to return. Please save yourself of some misery and stay away from this clinic.

I have very complicated case and I try to prepare new dentists with all the facts. I requested to see a periodontist in the first place cause I know. The person taking the x-rays was nice. The overall experience could have been handled with more grace. Considering I only fell off from my normal dental schedule because my father passed away… Dr.

Chris could have communicated the situation a bit better. I had to ask the hygienist or assistant if they were even doing a cleaning. They made my situation seem dire without requesting my prior records, etc…just booked me an appointment with the Periodontist over a month later after driving my anxiety up to 100. I will go else where.

Dr. Raoof is a good surgeon very caring and the surgery I had done went smooth and without complications. I had some problems with my insurance. Just make sure to ask for a pre-estimate before big procedures. The team there will try to work with you.
