Amazing experience with this dental team!! My doctor assessed my front teeth and they needed filing thinking another appointment in the future (or never) He addressed my issue and resolved my problem the day of my appointment (He didn’t have to go out of his way and he did) allowing me to leave his office in complete confidence, I can’t stop smiling!! Front desk is amazing as well.

Terrible service, Terrible dentist, money hungry, careless people. I'm still shaking from today visit today. Over charged me my root canal almost $500 and they push there clients to pay cash otherwise they will overcharge you even more. After I finish writing this review I will definitely report them to IRS. Good luck Family Dental on pulaski

What a joke of an establishment. Waste of time. Was referred by my insurance mind you I live no where near this place. Specifically asked for an emergency appointment to fix a filling that had fallen off, but instead took me 45 min to be seen . My concern was not addressed they just wanted to take x-rays to bill the insurance and did not fix my hole in my tooth I had originally come in for.

Their excuse was I needed to come back drive another 30 min waste more gas, because there were other patients. I was on time to an appointment I had made well in advance and you would assume I'm a patient on the schedule. Maybe if you hadn't taken 45 min to get me in the chair there would have be enough time to do the work. They have no respect for your time.

I made appointment for this Saturday as a new patient for a teeth cleaning for 1pm. The girl said the slot was open. . it also the day of my nephew birthday party. So I switched things around so I can kill two birds with one stone excited to get a cleaning. I was grateful they can take me soon. To good to be true.

Later on someone else called me an hour later said they had to cancel that she does not know why. Then I proceeded to tell her well wouldn't be grayed out if you scheduled someone. I am sure they put someone else for that date and time after me. Then try to book me in April and May. They do not like new patients I guess. Treating me as if my time is unimportant.
