I was a bit disappointed of my appointment today. It’s my 3rd yr for this clinic and He’s not my dentist but I still made an appointment for him so it’s my first time to have cleaning appointment to him. At first his assistant is rude! She even rolled her eyes at me and didn’t even assist me for my xray. I told her the machine is a bit high for my chin and still insisted me to bite for xray and didn’t even told me to close my eyes while doing xray I just heard the machine told me to open my eyes so after xray Im a bit dizzy.

After that the dentist, so rude after cleaning he just told me “you can rinse “ and left. Didn’t say anything if im done or what. I was waiting for the assistant to tell me to do next but no one came waited for 15mins and I heard next room they are starting already for the next patient. The assistant was so rude and careless doing xray and putting bib on me.

Then I left the room and asked the other attendant if im done and she was rude to tell that im done how will I know if no one told me. The dentist is young man and my first time to meet him.

I had a great experience with Dr. Emmanuel Wyatt. The times I had my cleaning and filling done, it was practically painless. I was shocked how quickly it was over. He made sure I felt comfortable and told me to raise my hand if I felt any pain or needed a break. I will definitely be returning and overall had a good experience. The staff was also nice!
