I truly cannot recommend a medical practice more than 311 Dental. Dr. S and his team are sincerely the most genuine people and I am so thankful for their kindness. They are changing healthcare to what it SHOULD be. I am beyond blown away with their hospitality, transparency, authenticity and overall dedication to giving their patients the best care possible. I initially called in looking to make an appointment and although the niche insurance I have was not accepted there, they took the time to speak with me on the phone for over 20 minutes. They offered me a free in office consult (which I declined-to not waste their time because I would not be continuing services out of pocket) and then followed up with me through text message so the Dr.

could still assist me after they had me send a photo of my concern. He sent a lengthy response explanation with words of encouragement and OTC suggestions until I could get into another office. All of that they willingly chose to do for a stranger out of the kindness in their hearts while knowing I would not be a paying patient and they wouldn't receive a penny for that work they just did. They really do just want to help people and go the extra mile. Fast forward to today, I was able to visit their office and they treated me like an actual person, not a patient. They take time to get to know you and make sure you are comfortable in their office. The staff greeted me by name and were excited to meet me as well as thank me for a post I made on a town Facebook group acknowledging them.

Not many offices will take time for the little things. They also walk you through each step and explain everything as they go while making sure they answer any of your questions without judgement. Not to mention their state of the art equipment, cleanliness of the office, and extensive comfort/anti-anxiety menu in addition to their wonderful staff. I could go on and on about this office but if you are a member of the community (especially with dental anxiety), this is the place you want to go, no doubt about it. You might even look forward to your appointments! Everyone in healthcare should strive to be like them and focus on their patient connections and interactions because this is truly the differentiator that makes them unlike any other office. I cannot recommend and thank them enough.

I brought my toddler in for his first ever dentist appointment and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. A lot of what made the appointment successful was the super friendly staff and dentist, the office itself, and the small details. They have a comfort menu where you can choose what you want to watch on TV, what music you want to listen to, and even what stuffed animal you want.

All in all, I was worried how my toddler would handle his first dental experience, but thanks to the professionalism of 311 Dental, there was nothing to be worried about, they make sure to make you feel comfortable and at ease.

I want to give kudos to 311Dental . I recently had two teeth extracted and I must say my experience from start to finish was an incredible journey! The entire staff made me feel very comfortable! The ambiance of the dentist office is extremely warm and welcoming. In truth I have visiting many dental offices. 311 Dental is unique. One of the kind!! Doctor S.

was very sensitive to my comfort levels when extracting my teeth I was very appreciative! I choose to go to 311 Dental because my dentist I have seen for years does not extract teeth. He referred me to a Oral Surgeon. Which I opted out. I did price comparisons between the two and Dr. S saved me $745! Dr.

S felt very confident he could successfully extract my teeth. Now that is over and done he did a fantastic execution and I felt not pain at all!!! It’s been 3 days and I am feeling great! I decided to switch dentist. Reason being. I was very comfortable and pleased with the complete overhaul experience! Thanks to the entire team!!! Sincerely Joyce

I had the BEST experience here. First, they are family owned family operated, that was check box one. Secondly, I was there on time for my appointment and IN MY CHAIR right away.

Lastly, the amenities are great the massage chair feature while getting my teeth cleaned helped me regulate my breathing because it was a constant pressure that was a normal breathing rate. I would highly recommend !! Thank you 311 Dental!!
