I agree with all the other positive comments posted here. I have had three appointments here, and consistently received friendly, thorough treatment from Dr. Barker and her staff. A replacement filling was perfectly fitted and is rock solid after 6 months. So far, I haven’t encountered any administrative/insurance issues.

My only reason for awarding four stars (rather than five) is a feeling that my thoughts should be discussed directly with Dr. Barker rather than summarized to her by her staff while I’m holding my mouth open and unable to correct or elaborate. Not a major issue, but worth some thought.

I love Dr. Barker and her team! They are all extremely kind and provide exceptional customer service. Dr. Barker places a high priority on working to preserve and protect the teeth I have. She doesn't suggest expensive, unnecessary procedures like some other dentists do.

When a major issue arises, she always presents the options for treatment and gives me her honest assessment of the best way to go. I trust her judgment, because she has exceptional training and many years of experience. Her prices are very reasonable, as well.

Root canal cap came off same week was put on, then they stopped taking my insurance just before my permanent cap came in (or they never got around to informing me it did) and now I'm just sol. I really wouldn't advise trusting this place, I certainly regret it. Response: Stalker much? A review is hardly permission for you to try to pull my medical charts so you can harass me over it. That's inappropriate and the reason why you can't pull anything up under this reflected name. I must use a pen name online for safety against an murderous ex.

I'll happily call and let you look into it finally IF your admin won't just brush me off again. I ALREADY called and talked to your rep once, I was on medicaid and couldn't AFFORD to pay out of pocket while you held my proper cap hostage. Botched from the beginning considering the temp came off the same week WITH me being careful. After 3 years I doubt you still have any way to remedy what you told me back then at this point, you simply can't take back what you did and said now. Unless you are interested in me contacting you because you want to fix what you screwed up and get this review changed, it is factual and correctly reflective of the care I received.

This repair is now costing me over $1,000 out of pocket IF I can ever come up with it because medicaid won't cover the tooth again just because you screwed me over keeping it. This review IS fair considering that.

A co-worker recommended 32 Pearls. I was able to get my son in and get much needed dental work done quickly. Dr. Barker and her staff have been absolutely amazing. I’m happy I made the switch to this office.
