Okay, I have to share my experience from today because, let’s be real, it’s not every day you walk out of a dentist’s office actually smiling (pun intended!). Over the weekend, I made the questionable decision to indulge in a toffee candy and of course, my crown cap decides to just pop off like it's on a vacation. Naturally, I email the office, and by the grace of dental gods, I get a call first thing this morning. Fast forward to 9 am – I walk in, and as usual, the front desk staff greets me with warm, friendly smiles. Seriously, there’s something about that level of enthusiasm that makes you forget you're about to have a stranger poking around in your mouth. It's like a little dental magic trick where they calm your nerves just by being genuinely kind.

Now, here's the best part: I didn't even have to sit around twiddling my thumbs waiting to be seen. It was like they had a little stopwatch going—super efficient, like a well-oiled dental machine. Before I knew it, they assessed the situation, and my crown was securely back in place with no drama. I could’ve sworn I was getting VIP treatment in the dental world—smooth doesn't even begin to describe it. Let’s be real, no one exactly loves going to the dentist, but this office somehow makes it. .

. almost enjoyable? The staff are professional, know exactly what they’re doing, and they genuinely care about your comfort. I’m convinced they don’t just perform their jobs—they create an experience. So, while I won’t say I’m looking forward to my next dental visit (let’s not get carried away here), I can definitely say I’ll happily go back to this office whenever I need to. If you’re after a dental team that delivers top-tier service with a side of friendly professionalism, look no further. 10/10 recommend—your smile will thank you! 😁

Doctor and staff are very patient and friendly, I received good responses in return whatever questions I asked, very informative. Do feel I received good treatment every visit. After treatment, they also emailed me notes about after care, which is very helpful.

The most important is that Dr Park did take his time to discuss with me what options he could do and how he's going to do, he's working with gentle hands. I'm happy with my new crown, fillings and mouth hygiene. They're doing great job!
