I was very nervous going in for X-rays/getting the whole process going because I hadn’t been since I was a kid, but when I called and scheduled the appointment, the receptionists were so nice it really put me at ease. When I had my appointment with Megan, my hygienist, she explained the process thoroughly, which put me at ease even more. We took the x-rays, she explained what I was looking at, and what the process would be going forward. Dr. Phong and Helen, the office manager, also came into explain more of the process.

I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to afford it, however, Helen worked with me to get what I needed done. Here I am, a month later, feeling like myself again and not embarrassed of my smile. By the end, I felt like family- taken care of and always knowing I can come in and be heard. Thank you all so much.
