Receptionist "PAWIN"made an error on billing years ago and is still harassing me and my husband for $80. 00 to this day. They will nickle and dime long time, loyal customers. Left a very bad taste literally in my mouth which is the reason I found a much more competent dental office.

Wish I would have left a long time ago. When she first told me about this 1 year old outstanding fee of only $80, she lied and blamed it on my insurance provider. I do not think it is fair to present a client with a fee a year later and then lie about it. I would have been happy to pay but the fact that she lied about it and then proceeded to tell me that she would waive it since it was a year ago and it wasn't worth arguing about, then tried to collect it again from my husband without my consent.

I lost all trust completely. Then she lied again to me and said it was another employee who asked him to pay the outstanding fee. I would highly recommend that your office hires only honest employees who do not lie and who take accountability for their errors and what they promise clients.

We’ve been seeing Dr. Sam for a few years, and it’s always a positive experience. He is absolutely wonderful with children, making each visit fun and stress-free. My kids actually look forward to seeing him, which says a lot! Dr. Sam always takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, ensuring we understand what’s happening and why.

His hygienist, Sunny, is also amazing—she’s informative, fun, and makes everyone feel comfortable. The office is always clean and welcoming, and the entire staff is professional and outstanding. Highly recommend 905 Dental to anyone looking for an exceptional dental experience.
