EVERYBODY DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. . . DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. It's all about the money. As a new patient this is my experience. Okay so I had an appointment yesterday with Dr. Phil just for a check up and an x ray for my wisdom tooth to be extracted because I was in pain. At first everything went nice and smooth and conversation was very convincing. Until I was recommended to do a bone craft on neighbore tooth beside the wisdom tooth (a healthy tooth) atomatically was suspicious and I found out why it was so. They tried to charge for a wisdom tooth extraction around 680$ inculuding the bone craft on my healthy tooth beside the wisdom tooth. The doctor was already out of the room at the time,he was just recommending it,so I said that I don't want the bone craft on my healthy tooth.

Then the young nurse lady that I don't know her name at all,because she was not introducing herself to me as well as none of the ladies from the front desk or any of them. Back the the young nurse lady,she tried to convince me to get that bone craft,when she failed,I found it was very rude from her asking me ''Why you don't want the bone craft? is that because your financial situation is not good?''I found that very rude from her saying that to me and very disrespectful and it was clear that they just tried to do some unnecessary work on a healthy tooth that I don't have problems with,just so they can charge more. However,she told me that without the bone craft on the healthy tooth,only for the wisdom tooth to be extracted it would be around 124$ out of pocket after the insurance coverage. Finally I was out of the room,waiting for the same estimate that I got inside of 124$ out of pocket after insurance coverage that I was told by the young nurse in the room. . . Now at the front desk,I was ready to pay the 124$ for a wisdom tooth extraction appointment. When surprisingly I was told by them that when they pulled out the bone craft and that alone messed up the insurance coverage and the total amount is no longer 124$,but 173$,possible a little more after the extraction will be done. I decided not to make an appointment with Dr. Kim because of that. Just to mention that I have 80% coverage from the insurance. Next day I called them for the radiography to be e-mailed to my personal e-mail.

She refused it by saing that I have to come over to fill up the HIPPA form,because they need first permission from them. That makes no sense at all,because you send it directly to me (not to another office),and you have permission from me. After she insisted to me to come over and fill up the HIPPA form,then she told me that the form has to be checked by the head nurse and only then they can send it to me,which can take a week or more. It was clear that she was refusing to do her job and send the radiography to my personal e-mail. She was trying to waste my time in order for me to just give up on that. Is this how you treat your patients who are in agony and pain? I left this place incredibly disappointed. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY to go here and I will tell to everybody I know about this place how nice they are. I'm finally going somewhere else where they do the wisdom tooth extraction for 75$ out of pocket. It was recommended by a nurse from another place.

Dr. Kim is so good. I got cosmetic veneers done by him a couple years ago that I really love and now I’ve gotten my wisdom teeth removed quickly and painlessly. The staff are so kind and friendly too. I used to have a phobia of dental procedures but they make everything easy and comfortable here.

New patient here. My experience was nothing short of awesome. Dr. Phil is so nice. He explained everything that he was and will be doing. Amanda? Well Amanda was so kind and her energy was like the energizer bunny.

She got my sense of humor and simply made my first time visit the best. Both, Amanda and Dr. Phil are the best! I'm pretty picky and they had me at ease in minutes. I'm already set up for my next appointment. Thanks guys!

I was very pleased with the professionalism of the staff and care that I received from Dr. Kim. I got a toothache just before going on vacation. After determining that my tooth needed to be extracted, Dr.

Kim preformed the extraction and I was able to vacation without any pain or discomfort. I was very afraid going in for the extraction but was completely surprised to find out that Dr. Kim had removed the tooth and I didn't even know it.
