My appointment was at 9am and I was there for nearly 4 hours. I had extractions done and worked with a new employee. I felt I was over exposed to Xrays because I had about twelve done. After my extractions I’m noticing the left part of my tounge has no feeling 3 days later! And I called and they didn’t exactly say it was normal but didn’t raise concern either.
I did feel as if the doctor was good at what he was doing. But employes were very unprofessional. It could have been a great office if the assistants did not speak about their personal thoughts of not wanting to work all night or not work on several patients and another doctor also yelled at an assistant in the hallway which was super unprofessional.

Dr. Moses is a very good dentist! I have bad anxiety. He is very sweet with me. I have now been going to him for years went somewhere for work and came back because of his bedside manner.

I got 2 root canals and a filling after already getting a root canal, and have wisdom teeth removal scheduled. BY FAR! one of the best dentist offices I have been. VERY Friendly staff and Dr.Moses is a king! He for sure has the hands of gods. Along with all the dentist assistance’s! They where beautiful human beings and I will be back for cleanings! Love this place :)

Worst dental office I ever went to! Came there with my husband and was told they took our insurance and everything. We gave them our insurance card and all the information they needed and before we were seen I asked the front desk if we were good to go with the insurance and they said yes. The hygienist was very rude and very rough. She made my mouth hurt for days and my husband couldn’t even get through the cleaning because she was making him bleed a lot and when he said he was in pain she didn’t care at all. She wouldn’t numb him or do anything to make him comfortable. The doctor was so rude and not talkative.
To top it off we received a bill a week later stating that none of our exams and cleanings were covered by the insurance even though they were. No one would call me back to discuss the bill or even the doctor wouldn’t talk to me. Very disrespectful and unprofessional never coming here again. Save ur time and money! Edit: they replied saying AI wrote this review!Hahah funny on top of that they sent me a letter regarding my payment that I do not owe because insurance covers the cost. I did have a coe pay which I paid. Repeatedly we asked if they took my insurance many times they said yes we get a free cleaning just gotta pay the Coe which I paid.
A week later a bill Saying insurance was not taken due to them not working with them. We called and they said we must have not entered your insurance in correctly bla bla then they said yea we don’t take that insurance. How on Earth did I pay a coe pay ?!? Now they wanna take me to court with the letter I have. Please do!!!!! Who ever is in charge pls pls pls pls take me to court!!!! But beware people don’t go here. There’s always evil people out there in the world and business that do weird things and probably illegal things and this is one of them!! Thank you for reading!! Be safe
