The staff is especially great with my kids, talking with them during their cleanings, and fostering a comfortable atmosphere. A New Smile is a great place to go for my dental care. They've done excellent work with my teeth. A New Smile has always been the best place for my dental care. There's no waiting. The staff there is very respectable and kind. I am very happy with the many years I've been going there.

My 7 year old and I visited Dr. New this week. We had a great experience! She and her staff got us in and out quickly. I had to get a shot and it was painless. I enjoyed that the chair massages your back. :) My son has been going to Dr. New his whole life. He has no fear and looks forward to watching cartoons while having his teeth cleaned. We love our dentist!

What do you look for when seeking a new physician or Dentist? I want to feel like I can trust them. That they are knowledgeable understanding, compassionate and patient. I want to feel like my business is valued, as I value the services I receive. I found all of these qualities and more at a New Smile. I have been a client at this office for so many years I have lost count.
Let’s face it, times a are rough and we all have bills, never once have I felt they have performed or recommend a treatment that was unnecessary. I highly recommend Dr. Shane and Patricia New.
