I did not have a good experience when attending my appointment on May 17. 2021. I had a 12:30 appointment and I saw on my arrival that there were others in the waiting area. When I spoke with the assistant, she said that we have been seeing patients all day. I can understand that, but at the same time it's never good to over book. I was there for an alignment and I was told prior to the visit that it would take an hour in a half for this procedure. I understood that and had no problem with it.
No one wants to spend their entire afternoon in the office when you have a scheduled appointment. Good customer service is very important. Where I feel that they do good work, based on what one is having done the scheduling needs improvement . They patient should be advised that there could be an extending wait. I had to reschedule after making the long drive because I was not seen at my scheduled time. If your appointment time is confirmed then there should be a better follow through.

Amy, Robin and Francene are the most compassionate dental technicians this side of Jordan. Recently, I had two emergencies; they immediately displayed concern and expedited my visit with Dr. Daryl Duncan. As always, Dr. Duncan displayed competence and compassion.
He quickly repaired not just one but two of my crowns. This is the best dental service in Greater Detroit. Thank God for their dental ministry.

I appreciate Dr Duncan and staff. I was truly amazed by my results on the first visit. He and his staff have extremely amiable, personable, and upbeat personalities. I've gone to a few chiropractors, but Dr. Duncan is second to none. I'm so excited that I'm feeling amazing already. Thanks Dr. Duncan. You ROCK!
