This office is the worse man!!! I came to them with and infection in my molar in front of my wisdom tooth. . I went there in late April or early May and they made me a consultation a month later and scheduled my tooth extraction a month and a half later. . (Now since I have been waiting my teeth have been getting worse). The appt. I have at the end of this month was hard to come across .

. After my consultation I had to wait TWO weeks to schedule my appt. and another two weeks for them to give me a co pay. Smh I kept calling and they NEVER answer the phone. I'm only going to my next appt. because I don't have time to go through this again. After this I am done

I was rescheduled for a filling due to a broken tooth. When I showed up, I was told that they had called me and left a message telling me that the dentist who does the fillings didn’t work there anymore. They left NO MESSAGE. I went there for no reason and wasted my time. How dare they lie straight to my face! Very unprofessional 👎

I had the worst experience here. My first appointment was great but I was told that I would to get some fillings, I had a appointment for 2 weeks later. But that appointment was canceled because the doctor had an emergency. My next appointment was booked for a month later, I went, signed in, and waited almost an hour just to be told that I wasnt scheduled to have an appointment.

So then I make another appointment for October and when I get there wasnt able to be treated because the lady at the front desk forgot to tell the doctor that I had a sheduled appointment for that day. The same lady who made that appointment. The ladies at the front desk are unprofessional and unorganized! It's a waste of time to go there.

My stepdaughter and husband are patients here and never complains about service or wait time. They always talk about the staff being so nice and understanding. Both family members do not worry about wait time because once in the chairs the doctors make sure nothing left undone.

My daughter and husband receive all information about caring for teeth and future treatment necessary. They each say, " the doctors are very informative, do rush out the chair, and attend to them as those their the only client.
