For 12yrs I've been using A Smile 4u I've only had one problem and it was taken care of the same day. The staff changes but they are always polite and helpful. 💘 this place. Use the East Point location it's the best.

I have two sons that receive treatment here. The dentist, dental hygienist and staff are amazing! My sons have high anxiety about their dental visits and at the beginning I was very worried how the staff would react to them. I had nothing to be worried about. . . the staff is very kind and professional .

The dentist and dental hygienist were the best. The dentist explained the treatment in depth and answered all questions with patients and understanding. The dental hygienist comforted my youngest son and gently encouraged him though his visit. I continue have a great experience here.

Appointment was at 9:30, got there at 9:25. We weren’t seen until 10:30. As soon as we got in the back the cleaning was done and the hygienist just left and went to the next patient. No communication on what was supposed to happen next nor did she communicate to her coworkers on what my child was supposed to do next. After waiting for another 10-15 minutes I go to the lady at the front desk asking if she was done.

At this people that came in 30 minutes after us were already done their cleanings, X-rays and had already been seen by the dentist. The front desk lady went asking around and it turned out my child needed an X-ray, go figure. There’s no reason why it should’ve taken 2 hours to get a cleaning and an X-ray done. And the office was funky smelling, like they needed a carpet cleaning. In other words I WILL NOT be returning here and I highly suggest that you don’t go either.

This will be my first and LAST time going to this office. VERY GHETTO. Didn’t leave the office until 11:30

I wasted my time at this places. Sat there for 2 hours just for them to tell me that my son couldn't get his tooth extracted unless he just numbed it. No sedation and they did not have the nose thing to do the laughing gas. I drove an hour to get to this place. Explained to the scheduler what my son needed an appointment for so she knew and still scheduled me.

No one called to tell me they didnt have the needed equipment. My husband told me not to go to this place just from all the bad reviews. I should have listened. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here.
