When technology gets in the way of treating your patiences aka customer like they are value. Company like these risk loosing more than just a visit. As a warning to all current an future patiences make sure you reply or confirm your appointment or risk having your appointment cancel.

Yes, i showed up to my appointment on time as schedule to be confronted with "I am sorry your appointment was cancell for not confirming". Interanal policy not only work but also can hinder your services quality and risk business loss.

As a first time visitor I took note of everything. The office was very clean, they greeted every patient by name, and everything was done in a timely fashion. My previous dentist made me feel very. . .

distant and unwelcome. They did a great job at making me feel welcome and appreciated. All of the staff was great, and I'm happy I came in for the cleaning I needed. I have some other teeth issues as well, but they were very open and honest about my options and suggestions about what to do moving forward. I'll be back soon :)

I've been a patient here for 6yrs now. I've never had any problems with the providers, the staff or the service provided. They have always been friendly and professional every time. I have cancelled and rescheduled appointments and they have always been accommodating.

Walking in is like seeing family to me. I am comfortable to the point that I have dozed off at times in the midst of a cleaning 😴😅. How many people can put that much trust in their dentist?🤔

I give it a three only because I’ve been going to this dentist office since 2009. I’ve always had a pleasant experience no issues until this week. Being badgered about my insurance but not proactively reaching out to the insurance company after I communicated the status, for a cleaning at that.

I canceled my appointment and I will not be returning to this office. It always gave me a family feel until this week and I am over it.
