Ok, I gave it a month before leaving a review. I finally know what I want to say. The staff are nice people. It's a small office and you can tell they get along well. I have had extensive dental work over the years, and this was the ABSOLUTE most HORRIBLE dental experience I have EVER had! My husband and I arrived at our appointment on time. I was taken to an exam room 20-30 minutes later, while my husband didn't get to an exam room until an hour later.

They have 3 exam rooms, and we were the only 2 patients at the time. Our guess is that they didn't have the staff available. The actual dental experience was VERY uncomfortable. I've had a root canal, a tooth pulled, and a wisdom tooth removed, NONE of those procedures amounted to the discomfort I experienced here. I just needed a filling and a cleaning from them, and even that routine procedure was full of theatrics and pain. The thing that really blew my mind was their instruments.

This isn't a modern office. Their equipment setup is pre 21st century. ALL of their equipment leaks water ALL OVER YOU!! I walked out with a wet shirt and wet hair. I'M NEVER COMING BACK HERE!! I advise you to stay FAR away from this place.

Dr. Zhang is amazing ! Me and my wife took our daughter for an exam. Found out she needed a tooth pulled. Our daughter is 8 and extremely emotional.

Our baby was super nervous but Dr. Zhang made her so comfortable. The procedure was so quick and painless my baby couldn’t believe it! 10/10 stars! She’s very caring & attentive to the patient. Although she takes a little longer but I believe it’s because she’s good and what she does and actually cares about taking care of the patient! Will be back soon !
