I would 100% recommend this dentist to any parents with kids! They are so attentive and so considerate to what the child is feeling! They waited until my son was comfortable and ready to get his teeth checked.

They also explained everything to him in terms he could understand as a 3 year old! The ladies at the desk were very friendly and helpful! They did just an amazing job I couldn’t have asked for anything different!

After reading reviews, I wish I would have never even called this office. The receptionist who answers the phone is extremely rude, almost threatening. I had concerns and wanted a second opinion. The dentists here were recommended so I thought we would give it a try.

I tried to explain our situation and said I was uncomfortable with anesthesia for cavities. The receptionist, without knowing me or my children, said that “they don’t really listen to parents wishes. ” Without even knowing my children, she insinuated that my child must be sedated because of behaviors even though I never stated my child has and behaviors to be concerned about. I finally hung up the phone after she kept saying “I don’t mean to upset you but…”.

Instead of constantly weeding through reviews replying and justifying actions of this receptionist, maybe they need to find someone who knows how to treat people with respect, especially when you are dealing with people’s children. After reading reviews, I called Goebel pediatric dentistry and was talked to like a human and my concerns were validated.
