From the moment I walked in, I was put at ease by how warm and personable Dr. Aalam and Laleh were. The conversations didn’t feel clinical or rushed—it felt like a real conversation with someone who genuinely cared. What really stood out was their transparency about COVID-19 safety protocols. Everything was explained clearly; I could tell they take cleanliness and patient well-being seriously.

It made me feel safe, comfortable, and confident in their care. Also, there was absolutely zero pressure. There was no upselling or scare tactics—just honest, thoughtful advice and a clear explanation of my options. If you’re anxious about dental visits or just want a provider who treats you like a human being, I can’t recommend this place enough!

I found Dr. Samsavar’s office through a local group with folks that practice Covid-caution. It is challenging to find a dental office that practices infection mitigation and opening your mouth to someone can be a vulnerable process, especially if you have medically-compromised family members.

Laleh was so gracious to answer all of my pre-appointment questions and educate me on their practice, and wow, I felt safe and at ease there! Laleh is warm, knowledgeable, communicative, and helpful and Dr. Samsavar was thorough, gentle, friendly, and professional. They only see one patient at a time and you never feel rushed or pressured; usually at the doctor’s office it feels like you’re trying to be ushered out at soon as you walk in! Also, I was a bit worried since they are considered an out of network provider for dental plans (you pay out of pocket to their office first): Laleh was transparent and answered all of my questions.

She submitted a claim on my behalf and my insurance ended up reimbursing me a decent amount. Dr. Samsavar and Laleh are great and will make you feel comfortable and well-taken care of and they were pleasant to chat with!

I don't usually write reviews, but it feels important to me to share how grateful I am to have found an office like that of Dr. Aalam and Laleh Samsavar. I've been searching high and low for a dental office that still takes thorough precautions to prevent Covid risk. I've had a lot of fear around getting cleanings done or having cavities filled since the pandemic started, leading to neglecting my dental health despite the desire to receive care in a safe environment. As someone with Long Covid and personal experience of the health toll one infection can take, I'm determined to avoid becoming sick with it again if I can help it.

This dental office had an air filter right next to the chair, and Dr. Aalam and Laleh wore N95 masks covered by surgical masks and face shields over those. The hygiene practices were explained to me beforehand and when I arrived, and are very thorough. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a first in the morning appointment with enough time for fillings so everything could be done on one visit. I also found the two of them to be incredibly warm, thoughtful, and attuned to details that support nervous system regulation during appointments.

They both were very knowledgeable and keen to share helpful dental health information in a way that felt like a caring dialogue. It's a long commute and I'm not sure if my insurance will be reimbursing me, but I plan to make this office my go-to as long as I have the financial means to. Thank you for all that you do!

Incredibly thoughtful and caring about hygiene best practices on top of being an excellent dentist! Dr Samsavar and Laleh are the ultimate team. Highly recommend. It's such a weight off my shoulders knowing that they care so much about me and my partner's health.
