This is hands down the **worst dental office** I’ve ever been to. I was in excruciating pain, unable to sleep, and was **recommended** to go here—**big mistake**. After my first visit, I was told I needed a root canal and that I had to come back on **Saturday** because that’s when the endodontist would be there. Fine, I waited.

Then, **Friday evening**, right before they closed at **4:50 PM**, they called to tell me the doctor **wouldn’t be in**. **Who does that?** What kind of dental office calls last minute to cancel on a patient who’s clearly in agony? When I asked what I was supposed to do, they had the nerve to suggest I schedule THREE WEEKS out from my original appointment! I was desperate and told them I couldn’t wait that long. They finally said I could come in the following Saturday, but with a catch—they couldn’t even guarantee me an appointment time because the doctor "might be busy"! I HAD TO ASK THEM ask t WHEN my appointment would be, and even then, they weren’t sure and gave me the same time as I had before even thought the doctor might be to busy for ME . My gut told me they’d cancel on me again, and guess what? I wasn’t wrong.

Same time as before, same last-minute call, but this time the excuse was that they didn’t have the MATERIALS for my procedure. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? What kind of dental office doesn’t have the MATERIALS for the procedures they schedule? I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE . If you want proper care and basic professionalism, stay as far away as possible from this office.

if they are not pulling a tooth they want they are disregarding and unhelpful they are tooth hungry every time I've gone in they pushed to have my wisdom teeth, which I've never had any issues with, to be pulled and even wouldn't do my teeth cleaning that I initially went in for

I went to Dr. Abdelkader for a few years when I used to live close by. I've had a lot of dental work in my life, so obviously don't like going to the dentist. But Dr. Abdelkader and his staff changed it.

He, another female dentist, and the hygienists always made me feel so comfortable. I had cleanings twice a year, fillings, extractions and more. They were always honest, quick and skillful. Prices after insurance were also reasonable. I live much further now so it's harder to visit for my dental needs, but I really would consider going back!

I’m writing to express my deep frustration with the experience I’ve had regarding my retainer. I’ve been waiting for over two weeks, and despite calling three times the week of May 26, I was repeatedly told it wasn’t ready. I was informed it would be available by Monday, June 2. At no point was I notified that the office would be closed the entire week, which has caused even more inconvenience. My teeth have begun to shift, and I’ve been in discomfort due to not wearing a retainer for this extended period.

I even asked if there was a way to directly reach the service creating the retainer and was told no. I’m very disappointed by the lack of urgency and communication throughout this process. This has been the worst service I’ve received from your office, and I hope steps will be taken to prevent this from happening to other patients in the future.
