When I went to reschedule an appt a week earlier. They said they were permanently closing as of July 11. No advance notice.. True?? STEER CLEAR! They double charge then keep sending texts to pay for months!! They NEVER EVER answer their phone, they DO NOT return calls. .they HAVE changed this year.. STEER CLEAR!!!!!! Find ANY other dental place!!!! TRUST ME!!!!!

I was nervous to come here given the mixed reviews but I had no issues at all. Staff was friendly, I was taken back not long after I filled my paperwork. I usually dread the dentist but the dentist and assistants that worked in my mouth were not overly rough like I've had in the past. Everyone made me feel comfortable.

Made up 10 cavities to make money! This was hands down the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. I only came here because they took my insurance. But after this visit, I changed my insurance. They took my X-rays and the Dr. Aditi Parikh came in, looked at the scans and started counting out my cavities. She then told me I had 10 cavities. I was completely shocked since my last dental visit (less than a year ago) showed zero cavities. When I questioned her, she just insisted I had 10.

I found that very odd. Then came the cleaning—if you can even call it that. It was done in under four minutes, and when I told Dr. Parikh my teeth still didn’t feel clean, she snapped and said, "Well, next time have the hygienist clean them. " I would think she would do a great job but that wasn't the point! The equipment looked like it was from decades ago—I felt like I had stepped back in time. When I needed to wipe my mouth, they didn’t even have tissues and handed me rough paper towels instead. But the worse offense of this whole visit was when Dr. Parikh told me when I come next how I schedule multiple appointments for fillings.

I said there would be no next time and asked for my X-rays to send to my trusted dentist in India. She said there were no new cavities or side cavities. If there were any old cavities that were leaking they could wait. Complete proof that this place is trying to scam people for money. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere honest. 🚩🚩🚩
