What a bad business! They never return calls or answer the phone... how unprofessional. It was a HUGE A waste of time waiting to find out if my child can get braces or not. The initial consult seemed fine but after that horrible as couldn't get a hold of anyone to find out what was going on.

Terrible customer service! They don't answers calls or return calls. There have been times when we showed up for an appt to find out it was cancelled and no one ever called us! There have also been times that my daughter sat in the waiting room for over an hour and we had to reschedule.
Never an apology, as if there time is more important! Meanwhile I am working in my car, doing conference calls etc! Do not take your children to this place!

This place sucks! It's in the building with a dentist office. The office is on the second floor & the staff are rude. They don't answer phone calls or return calls. Often the voicemail is full & they're supposed to be an Orthodontist Office. They put the braces on, bill, get paid & don't maintain them.
They're only open on Mondays & didn't even tell the people who rely on them for service! There's no emergency number to call in case of an emergency. It's simply put horrible! I had to walk in after trying to get an appointment for months to get an appointment scheduled. Then the lady told me she does return calls. I explained I called & left several messages & never received a return call. The office is small & you don't see the Orthodontist at each appointment.
They don't have patients brush their teeth at appointments either. They don't explain the basics (how to floss, make sure they're actually flossing appropriately or brushing appropriately, etc) it's really sad! I wish they'd refund the money & allow us to start all over. There's an over bite in his mouth & they don't even have braces on the over bite! Like that's the purpose of braces!

My sister referred me to this place and it was the worst thing to do. I've been trying to get a hold of them and I get no response! Can you believe they were still trying to charge me for my braces every month without getting treated!!! Basically trying to take my money out my pocket. Like if I didn't pay them with my own money.
I've been calling every number they have and they don't even answer! I've been waiting since April for an appointment so that they can take my braces off. Now I have to go out my way and find a place where they can take them off!!!
