I was there for 90 minutes. X-rays, teeth cleaning done only after the manager allowed because the dentist was not available to do an exam. I was told there at this appointment that teeth cleaning couldn’t happen until the dentist did an exam. The manager allowed. I need to go back to this office for the dental exam and peri dental. I paid in full. The Teeth X-rays were very clumsy and they had to redo the /adjust the X-ray machine.

It took much, much longer than I’ve ever experienced. I have been to this office before. I have done many regular dental appointments my whole lifespan. Have to say the appointment was strange and stressful. I’ve never even written anything about a dental visit because it has all been fine in the dental offices I’ve been in my lifetime.

I recently visited Absolute Dental on Cheyenne/Decatur and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The customer service was subpar, primarily due to the attitude of the manager “MeMe”, who was rude, unhelpful and dismissive. I also found the dentist to be inexperienced, which added to my concerns about the quality of care.

I expected a professional and welcoming environment, but I left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I hope they can improve their service and staff training in the future. I CANNOT recommend this office based on my experience AND ADVISE YOU TO CHOOSE ANOTHER LOCATION!

Booked an appointment for my husband because his wisdom tooth were bothering him, that was the check up appointment there they told him to book another appointment for the next week to get them extracted. On the date of the second appointment that they confirm we show up and they immediately collected copay but then when they pull him into the room inside they tell him the staff that booked the second appointment messed up and there was no one to extract his tooth so they tell him to rebook the extraction appointment. Mind you we both took day off from our jobs for the extraction.

Very bad experience the staff is not train and there appears to be no communication between front desk and professionals. They could have told him in the front BEFORE COLLECTING CO-PAY or call him before he show up to his appointment to let us know not to drive there. They did offer to apply co-pay for next appointment hopefully they now extract his tooth then and even though it's 2 weeks out.

Such an inconvenience and expected better from them.

I came here for a second opinion. The doctor and staff were so kind and attentive. They gave me all of my options. Helped me to chose what was most effective and affordable. The assistant Georgie and the office manager Meme were so kind to me. This was my first positive experience with a dental office in my life. I will ONLY work with them from now on.
