Normally, I like to leave only positive reviews. But it would be unfair to have the general public believe this would be a good experience. I received numeral text messages in regard to my appointment, requesting that I fill out all kinds of forms and take pictures of my cards, etc. , that were entered remotely. I was to have an appointment with Dr. Sean Fitzgibbons. I arrived prior to my appointment time. I waited for 40 minutes and overheard the front desk person checking for my insurance. She gave them some kind of wrong information and was transferred several times.

Finally, I was taken in for my appointment, which was the very first time I had been to this Company, and the very first time I had used my Medicare card for a dentist. A doctor Liang showed up who was quite uptight and having a bad day. She said no such person as Sean Fitzgibbons worked for them. I ask if she was going to do my cleaning that day as that was what the appointment was for. She said no I would have to come back again. She had no idea what porphyria was, which is not a good indicate her even though it was explained to her it is not a contagious Moore terminal disease, but a blood malfunction that is inherited and not a big secret in the medical field. I made the appointment for the follow up cleaning. In the meantime, I got a message that I have to come in to sign a medical form. By now this is getting old.

She has canceled the cleaning appointment and insist instead that I get a medical pass from my general practitioner. I’ve never had to have such a document in all my years of going to any dentist. I tried to be patient. But this is one thing after the other. I will be seeking a reputable dentist to continue on with SIMPLY getting my teeth cleaned. Hopefully you will do your due diligence and research this Dr. . I cannot give this Absolute Dental location anything better than a one.

Everyone at this location had a great attitude, I had an emergency and they took care of me right away. I had originally booked at another location and over the phone could just tell I didn’t want to go there. As soon as I walked in here the staff was so helpful. Thank you so much for taking care of me

Here’s the deal: even though this is a dental clinic, I suppose you could consider Absolute Dental as a “franchise”, since there’s a chain of them throughout town. The reason for even mentioning this, is because I’ve been a patient at three of four different locations. They’re pretty much run in an identical way, which is fine. This particular location on Simmons is different, however. From my experiences, the staff at Simmons always seem to have an agreeable bedside manner.

I am taken aback by it slightly, because personable treatment is becoming increasingly rare nowadays. At the Simmons location, the staff never seem to be rushed or tense in any way. Most of the workers introduce themselves by using their first names, and address me by my first name as well. I like that. The dentist, hygienist and the assistants took pleasure in answering my questions about dental care.

On top of all their good behaviors and charming ways, these dental professionals are competent, and they happen to perform their duties well. I’m satisfied. I would recommend this location. I will be returning,
