Called to schedule a dentist appointment as a new patient because of pain from a lost filing a while ago and they had an opening within two days from my original call. I decided I just wanted the tooth out (extraction). Took 5 phone calls going back and forth with the receptionist just to tell the her I have federal dental insurance and your place will accept it as she did not believe me for the first few phone calls. Maybe she didn’t know what she was doing or how to retrieve that information from the group info and phone number I provided her from my insurance? I don’t know, but I was questioned numerous times about this and stated I know your establishment will take my insurance because it was listed under my insurance network providers. She was going in circles for no reason. Finally, after I got that resolved, I made it clear I just wanted a tooth extraction. Came early on my appointment day to fill paper work as I knew it would take extra time. Waited almost a half hour just to be seen for less than 10 min total between the assistants work and seeing the dentist.

An assistant took care of X-rays while he asked where the pain was and said the doc would probably recommend a root canal to which I stated I only want a tooth extraction as I was in pain for a while and getting concerned about it. Female dentist comes in. I don’t even know her name as she did not have a convo with me. Introduced herself as quickly as she left. She didn’t ask anything about me or what I wanted to accomplish that visit but quickly goes over all my teeth and then says the front receptionist will go over my itemized costs for a root canal and dental payment plan. Then left…. There was no conversation with me about what I wanted except pushing the sale for a root canal to be performed as it’s more cost effective to them. Like I said, I was seen too quickly to ever come back here.

Was sent to see the receptionist for pricing. I politely told her I came here to get a tooth extracted. She kept pushing for the root canal and many other dental work with her itemized dental plan work sheet that was filled in. I was not worried about the cost as I have excellent insurance but I was worried about the pain I’m going through and knew what I wanted done as it could lead to more serious consequences. Simply put, they want cheap and quick patients, they can keep them. I will take my great dental insurance to a place of respectable business who actually listens let alone talks to the patient. I do NOT recommend.

I have had a very professional team taking care of me. They are kind, they make you feel safe. You are made to feel comfortable without any fear . They handle you with kid gloves. I have had alot of work being done from root canals, extractions, and bridgework. They accomodate to your schedule. I would recommend this team. They are very friendly and kind.

Dr Imaad is very knowledgeable and skilled. He has a lot of experience. His crew is extremely nice and patient. The practice is organized and you get your appointments in time. I had a positive experience.
