DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE! THE STAFF WAS VERY INCONSIDERATE, RUDE AND NASTY! THEY TOLD ME TO GET MY X-RAYS SENT OVER DUE TO INSURANCE CANNOT PAY FOR THEM AGAIN BECAUSE I HAD ALREADY HAD THEM DONE , COOL NO PROBLEM SO I GO TO THE PRACTICE I HAD THEM DONE SIGNED THE FORM FOR NY RECORDS TO BE RELEASED, HET TO MY APPOINTMENT TODAY AND COME TO FIND OUT THEY WERE NEVER SENT OVER! HUGE INCONVENIENCE! So I CALLED THE OTHER PRACTICE AND MEANWHILE WHILE I AM TRYING TO GET THEM ON THE PHONE THE GIRL AT THIS PRACTICE IS BASICALLY GIVING ME ATTITUDE AND SAYING THEY NEVRR DO! Really, BUT LITERALLY THEY SENT THEM OVER WITH ONE CALL! So although I STORMED OUT, after being treated horribly , I CALLED BACK TO SEE IF THEY GOT THEM, AND THE LADY TOLD ME I SHOULDVE BEE PATIENT, PATIENT? AND I CANT BE SEEN TODAY, that is NO WAY TO TREAT SOMEONE WHO Coming to GIVE YOU BUSINESS, AFTER THEY RECEIVE MY X-RAYS . She talking about we don't want to see you, WOW.

I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO BAD. What an UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISGRACE PRACTICE, THEY DIDNT WANNA SEE ME FROM THE GET GO, CAUSE THIS WHOLE SITUATION COULD HAVE BEEN PREVENTED , I WAS UNAWARE I HAD TO STAY ON TOP OF THE OTHER PRACTICE, but being they KNEW! And yet didn't INFORM ME, WAS REALLY JACKED UP.

RUN FAST AWAY IF YOU RESPECT YOUR TIME AND YOUR CARE, These folks are VERY NASTY

Great experience with Dr. Bailey and his staff. I've heard many stories recently of dentists "finding" extra issues just to make more money - not at Access! It had been quite some time since my last cleaning and Dr. Bailey was honest with me about what work needed to be done. 5 stars despite being out of network, finally a dentist who can be trusted.

Horrible place never go back. The staff was fine the dentist did nothing but yell at me for something I couldn't help never go back. Got an effection thanks alot butcher never ever going back. Ended up going to family care they were shocked that the dentist didn't proscribed me an antibiotic. I'm still swollen and now taking anti biotic. I urge you all don't go here

I really appreciate Dr. Bailey and his staff helping me get my teeth back on track I have straight teeth but they needed some TLC and a deep clean thank you for restoring my gum health also, I now have pink gums and shiny bright white teeth again it had been many many years since I have seen a dentist (dental anxiety) but they are so nice and professional here and they walk you through every step I still have all my original teeth and in great condition thank y’all so much for helping me get them back on track.

You guys helped save my teeth, Keep up the good work and thank you for your compassion.
