Love Dr. Lim and her staff. As someone who worked in dentistry for years, I can say that finding a quality dentist who is more interested in their patients care and comfort than they are their patients money is becoming more and more of a rarity, often as corporate dentistry advertises under the guise of family dentistry. She and her staff offer true family dentistry.

You can tell everyone loves working there. When my children are out of their toddler years and need less special attention for the dentist, I intend on bringing them here also. So glad we found this practice!!!

I recently had the pleasure of receiving dental care from Dr. Lim, who replaced a broken crown for me. The first time i visited the Acworth Family Dentist was pleasant but no super warm fuzzies. I wanted to move forward on the next steps from the exam. When I called I was assured an update with the out of pocket details from my new insurance carrier. Long story short, NO CALLBACK after 4 voice messages left!!!! I guess they don’t care about their patients.

No worries I moved on. Just giving an FYI in case you are considering them.

I’m honestly disappointed with this office. I made a dental plan and was never made an appointment to come back and start. I also was proscribed an antibiotic for a bad tooth and had a reaction to the meds. I called the office 3 times and no one ever called me back about getting new meds to help with my tooth.

Unfortunately I ended up going to urgent care and getting the assistance to help with the medication issue I had. Definitely would not recommend using this dentist office. I will not be going back and I had a ton of work I wanted done.
