Pardon my strong sentiment, but I gave myself a month to process what happened in my head, and I want to make sure you, as a reader, have knowledge as opposed to my emotions. I wouldn't recommend this place. Their customer service was bad. I arrived on time but had to wait 40 minutes to be seated for my annual checkup. As I was seated, I was told that I would have to pay out of pocket because my insurance company doesn't cover the care.

It didn't make sense because I checked with my insurance company, and they confirmed that I have one more remaining for the year. I confronted for a bit, but it seemed unreasonable. They didn't do their due diligence properly or maybe they just didn't want to serve me. I don't know.

They are horrible whenever they don’t want to answer your questions they leave you on hold for a long time hoping you will hang up & when you don’t hang up they hang up on you while on hold & wont answer your calls anymore. They discriminate against anyone who is not of Hispanic descent but are located in Washington DC where black and white people are spending their hard earned money.

The reason I give one star is because the only person is a professional is gentleman dentis, the woman dentist is busy all the time with the phone when she is cleaning your teeth and also she just brushes kid's teeth. We do the form for cleaning not for brushing teeth. I take my kids there and they did only brush teeth and I asked and they said is the only one they can do under a 14 year old.

I don't want to go back also if you ask for a gentleman dentist they don’t want.

I’ve been coming to this office for many years, the place is very clean. They Doctors and stuff always explain everything in detail before doing any treatment, I would highly recommend this place.
