I called the dentist office today and my concern was about a letter I received. I thought it was saying I missed an appointment the 86. $ fee however it was a from a previous appointment I still owed a balance my insurance did not cover. I understood and I was ok with that. But the receptionist was very rude and she hung up in face.
This is unbelievable and very unprofessional. I really love Dr Neuman and his wife they are great people and I would recommend anyone to their office for dental care but the receptionist i Believe she said her name was “cole. ” She doesn’t belong there.

I had a great experience with Dr. Neuman as my dentist. He's kind, understanding, and even made my 8-year-old daughter look forward to our appointments. However, a recent incident led me to reconsider my connection with this office. On the morning of my scheduled appointments, my 2-year-old son, who has ASD, developed a serious eye infection. We were rushing to the emergency room, and in my haste, I called their office to cancel my appointment but forgot to mention my daughter's.
While I was at the hospital with my son, I received a call from Dr. Neuman's office, and the person on the other end, Cole, was extremely unprofessional. She showed no empathy for my situation, insisting I must have called the wrong office. This lack of understanding and compassion was deeply disappointing. I'm now in the unfortunate position of needing to find a new dentist.
