I was receiving good care for my son for the past year. Recently, I had scheduled an appointment for him to get cavity fillings, and when we showed up - their office was closed. I wasn't notified in advance and I couldn't reach anyone for an explanation.

I'm in the process of getting a new dentist for my son, and they haven't returned my emails or phone calls requesting medical history transfer forms. This is extremely unprofessional and I'm very disappointed with their lack of care for their patients.

UPDATE: Went in for another routine cleaning and the staff was nice, as usual! The doctor did most of the visit himself this time, about 90% of the appointment in fact. I really liked that! My teeth feel very clean. Dr. Buttar is still one of the best in town. UPDATE: I went in again recently for a routine cleaning and some fillings, and the staff and Dr. Manu were so nice. Everyone was great at their job and I was very happy with the care and service I received. It was a wonderful experience! Thank you! were very nice and great at their job. I was impressed with their response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The whole staff was wearing masks or face shields. Everything was very clean. They were very professional about the procedures/CDC guidelines. I was very happy with the service they provided. Thanks!

My whole family has been coming her for years. We have got several dental procedures done. I just finished root canal procedure. It was amazing experience. Dr Buttar made it so easy and smooth. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. The staff is great as well. This is nice dental clinic in Tukwila. I highly recommend them to everyone.

If you value your teeth and your money, stay far away from this dentist. They made a grave error during my treatment, leaving me with a smile that I am deeply unsatisfied with. Save yourself the trouble and find a more competent dentist.
