Everyone from the moment you walk in are extremely helpful, kind and understanding to my needs. A very professional friendly staff. Dr. Marxsen took time to listen and address some of my concerns and reassured me with my complicated medical history.

Very pleasant staff. From staff to Doctor they all made me feel at ease. If you are an anxious person especially when going to dentist this is the practice for you! Very happy.

Well what can I say I know I made the right choice by going to Advanced Care Dentistry. I was able to meet the Doctor and give him 2 Thumbs up Even tho he is From MD lol. Updating this to provide context. I got some cavities filled years ago here and wasn't too thrilled about how they turned out, but figured that was just how fillings were. Since then I have gone to multiple dentists for consultations and each one has said the work done before was horrible. My teeth were jagged and uncomfortable, and the color matching was nowhere near matched (they made the new filling more yellow than my teeth).

And now I have to spend all this money AGAIN to fix the things done badly here. Edit: I didn't think uploading proof that I went here was necessary, but they don't even keep records of past patients apparently.

If you have anxiety about dental procedures, this is the place for you! Conscious sedation has been a lifesaver for all the work I’ve had done here. The staff is fantastic, and Dr. Phil is outstanding—his attention to detail, clear communication, and compassion truly stand out.

The front desk team, especially Elkie, is incredibly helpful with insurance information and always ready to answer questions. I appreciate their transparency with pricing, and the prices themselves are great! If you’re looking for a competent and caring dental experience, I highly recommend Advanced Care Dentistry.
