Don’t go here they will blacklist you for simply not being able to go or canceling even if u have something important or urgent. They did a root canal and only did half, now I have a huge hole in my gum from them drilling my nerves in my tooth out and never put in permanent filling so my chances for infection are huge.

This place is a money hungry joke and only want ur insurance money and simply do not care for you or your experience they’re plenty of better options in the Terre haute area this place should go out of business.

This is a piss poor excuse for a dentistry they want you to come 15 mins before your appointment just to make you sit there for 40 mins after your appointment was to start while there were no other patients the staff is kind but the dentist is rude and unprofessional my girlfriend is in there now and it’s currently 10:56 she was just called back like 10 minutes ago and her appointment started at 9:50 in what world do you make your patients wait almost an hour after their appointment started

I have had an incredibly frustrating experience with this clinic. Dr. Mercho is cold, unprofessional, and lacks basic bedside manners. While the rest of the staff is friendly, their communication and organizational skills leave much to be desired. On multiple occasions, I was promised a call back that never came.

Additionally, they failed to properly document important details regarding my treatment. After diagnosing me with a cracked tooth, they neglected to record which tooth it was or even the name of the endodontist they referred me to. Thankfully, I keep my own medical records; otherwise, I would have struggled to relay my condition to an endodontist. To make matters worse, the endodontist they referred me to never answered the phone during business hours. Given the clinic's overall disorganization, I can’t help but wonder if they even provided me with the correct contact information.

Ultimately, I had to find a different endodontist on my own. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone seeking competent and organized dental care.
