In 2021, I was fitted for a crown that cost me almost $1500 out of pocket. The experience was horrendous. My temporary crown fell off within 2 days of being put on. The appointment I had to made to have my permanent put on had to be rescheduled due to the manufacturer not getting my crown done. This was only told me after I had arrived at the clinic. Finally after dealing with no temporary for a week and a half the permanent was put on.

I was told it should last between 20 and 50 years. Well that was a lie because when I went to a new clinic at the end of 2023 I was told that same crown had to be replaced. So much for 20 to 50 years. I would not recommend this clinic.

Everyone from the receptionist to the hygienist and the dentist, treat you with the upmost kindness and respect. They do what is necessary to keep your mouth healthy. They don’t push unnecessary cosmetic procedures on you but provide with information if you ask. I highly recommend them.

I neglected my oral care in my 20's and most of my 30's (the invicible years lol). Tried another place in Mankato and had difficulty with rescheduled and duplicate appointments, so I gave up. Fast forward a few years and a co-worker suggested these guys so I scheduled an appointment. This is the first place that acknowledged my tori and how it causes pain with those xray plate thingys. I can tough it out but its eye-watering and not as easy d/t the bones under my tongue.

They also didn't make me feel criticized for needing deep cleaning. The experience felt like they were in the business of helping. I'm human, we're all human, and I very much appreciate being able to be honest so they can meet me where I am. My only criticism so far is their parking is small/tight. Otherwise my experiences have been great!
