I wanted to wait until I had a few things completed before I made a review. I have had a few appointments now here and I really love this place. The staff is so friendly and kind and just overall accommodating. They are fantastic with scheduling and usually can get you in fast. Excited to continue my treatment plan with them and I’m confident in the work they are doing.

I suffer extreme anxiety with dentist and they treat me so nice here. I finally feel like I found a great dentist. Dr. Carley and Genius I’m particularly fond of. ❤️

My daughters first time at this dentist, she did amazing. The people there was amazing with her and only had her best interest , good prices even with no insurance ! Fixed my daughters chipped teeth within an hour in a half or two! Loved the vibe and people 10/10

I’ve had such a great experience at Advanced Dental. I originally scheduled a next day appointment at the Rudy Lane office but after finding out my insurance was not in network there, Kristen (I believe) was able to get me scheduled at the Middletown office that same day. Everyone I’ve had the pleasure to meet at this office has been wonderful! As someone who has serious dental anxiety, Dr. Carley has made dental appointments less dreadful.

Dr. Carley has been patient, informative, gentle, empathetic, and overall just fantastic. Maria maintains the vibes of the office and brings a lighthearted joy to each visit. Yes, joy, at the dentist.

The front office (I want to say Rachel) was quick to review and resolve some confusion about billing and stays communicative about appointments and financial expectations. I found myself as a new patient here based on an urgent need and though there are a few whose names escape me, all in all, everyone at this practice has made it a delight to be seen here.

I had really high hopes for this dental office after my first visit—the staff was warm, personable, and made me feel like a priority. Unfortunately, my experience changed drastically after I mentioned wanting to use my secondary insurance. I was told this location didn’t accept it but that another office within their network did. I was completely open to transferring, especially since my treatment plan had already been established. What was disappointing was the lack of follow-through.

I expected there would be some internal coordination to help me continue care smoothly at the other location, but that never happened. No one followed up with me, and the treatment I needed was never provided. As someone who works in public health, I recognize how moments like this can contribute to larger issues of inequity in healthcare access. When urgency and care seem to shift based on insurance coverage, it sends the wrong message to patients. Everyone deserves to feel valued and supported—regardless of their coverage details.

I encourage potential patients to be mindful of how health inequities and possible discrimination may show up in how services are delivered here. I truly wanted this to be my long-term dental home, but the lack of communication and drop in care quality left me disappointed. Honestly, if I could leave zero stars I would knowing what I know now.
