I've been coming here for years, I use to LOVE this dentist office, went from a 5 star to if i could give NO STARS I would!!! The front desk receptionist has been changed since I first started coming, one of the new receptionist is BEYOND RUDE, she sits at the desk eating/cracking sunflower seeds loud & ghetto, I don't even know how she still has a job here, she must get paid the bare minimum so they don't want to replace her. She goes back & forth with clients because her approach is wrong.

Seeing her at the desk just ruins the whole experience because she's the first person you see coming in & the last person you see going out. She needs to be given some customer service etiquettes!!!

First and foremost I want to thank Precious for all of her care and attention. This review does not reflect her hard work. Now for the disaster that is this company. The overall attitude of the doctors and the front desk worker Amal screamed prejudice. As I walked in I was immediately asked to sit before speaking with anyone. Not even a minute later, white woman walks in and gets immediate attention. I came for a simple cleaning at 9:00am 12/31.

My dentist, Daniel Sandwalker intentionally skipped me to work with a white male patient who needed major work. I have insurance to cover my procedure so that’s not the problem. The problem is they don’t truly care and this is a money grab. And could possibly be prejudice. I lost time at work just to be treated like I don’t exist. NEVER AGAIN!!!! If it wasn’t for precious I’d start a campaign to have to have this pick up more attention. DO BETTER DANIEL!!!!

I haven't been to this place in years, and today I just remembered why I never went back. My appointment was at 9:30am, and I didn't leave the place until 11:37am. I have never waited this long for dental services in my life. The front desk people were nice.

The dental assistant seemed like she was kind of new to everything and I could tell by the way she was helping out the dentist with my teeth. And the dentist tried telling me I had all these problems with my teeth and told me I needed a crown and fillings and all that stuff, when the last dentist I went 6 months prior to today told me that my teeth were perfectly fine. So I'm going to get a second opinion on that. But yeah, I'm never going back there
