I can't express enough how grateful I am for Dr. Nguyen and the team at Advanced Dentistry. My mom, who is 79, recently underwent dental implants for both the left and right upper sides of her mouth. Naturally, I was very concerned about how she would handle the procedure, especially at her age. However, Dr. Nguyen's approach put all my worries to rest. The use of surgical guides and platelet-rich plasma made all the difference.

My mom didn't even need ibuprofen past the first couple of days and experienced minimal bruising. The level of care was exceptional—Dr. Nguyen personally called the next day to check on my mom’s progress, which meant a lot to us. The entire experience was smooth, and my mom is doing incredibly well. I am extremely happy with the results and highly recommend Dr. Nguyen to anyone seeking dental implants. Thank you for the excellent care and attention to detail!

I think they are knowledgeable and I liked there system. However they were very aggressive in using as much of my insurance as fast as possible and I ended up paying out of pocket hundreds of dollars both years I went there. And I’ve Never had to pay out of pocket anywhere else I’ve gone. Also I had two crowns put on in one day and they didn’t use Any novacaine…. I told them several times I was in a lot of pain and they didn’t do anything about it, and when I consulted another dentist about it they were shocked.

I found a much better place just down the street. Dentistry by design, I’d go there. In regards to your response- I was never offered local anesthetic and I never requested to not have it. And when I complained about the pain several times nothing was done. The fact I was never given it should be reflected in your notes.

I will be contacting my insurance to see the charges they received on that note. I have spoken to other dentists and dental staff and they were dumbfounded as to why I had to endure crowns with out local anesthetic. Is that common at your practice?
