DR. Dave, n staff are really wonderful at the care that is provided. Straight forward as to proper care and remedies. The work we have had preformed at the office has left us knowing we were treated correctly. None of the dental work has failed. We leave with confidence.

My experience with this dental office was terrible, I made an emergency appointment for my son because he was in pain the entire weekend and I was just trying to get him somewhere because his real dental office at the time had no appointments, and after reading the reviews I thought okay I’ll take him. When we got there the front office ladies were nice and courteous when we got to the back they took X-rays then we saw the dentist, he proceeded to say my son’s tooth was bad and needed to come out and that he had a lot of cavities he then examined my son’s tooth that was hurting him and took the mirrored looking thingy and tapped the tooth hard enough that I heard it hitting the tooth and my son was jumping he asked him did that hurt he said yes he then proceeded to tap the tooth and push on it which I could see was hurting my son. Very rude when telling me what was going on with my son’s teeth. We left there with nothing being done but them giving me e referral for another dentist that is downtown and did not accept insurance cash only.

Well needless to say that was not acceptable for me . Me being the Mom I am I got very upset said thank you took the referrals and the X-ray. I decided to try his real dentist office again luckily they had a cancellation and was able to see him , got there gave them the X-ray told them what the other dentist said , he said he doesn’t have a lot of cavities the tooth that was giving him pain he fixed gave him something for the pain and that was it. My son felt better after he left.

I will never go to ADVANCED DENTAL AGAIN. This is just my experience there and I thought it may help someone else.

Friendly staff! Doctor is very kind and attentive to your needs. He was very patient and concerned if you felt anything. Always a pleasure to deal with everyone there. The front desk is skilled at dealing with the insurance companies and assisted every step of the way. Would recommend!
