I am not a happy camper. Went in for a cleaning, doc said I needed a crown replacement, said fine-as long as it was covered under my dental plan. They said it was so I said do it. Crown went in and now my lower denture won’t fit. . reworked the denture to fit, still not right.

. Told me now I have to wait until March to get coverage for replacement…AND now I get a $300 bill for the crown that is useless. . I’m waiting for their response and resolution to this Serious problem.

I got there today and got right in. Lady took full xrays and the dentist came in and gave me a check before the hygienist. Said all was good and I just need a cleaning. OK so far. Hygienist comes in and tells me I need a deep cleaning and she will not clean the plaque off my teeth till I get one. I need to make another appointment.

Then they tell me my out of pocket cost will be $600 for 2 visits for the deep cleaning. I said no and just asked for the regular cleaning I'm here for. Was advised since the hygienist thinks I need a deep cleaning they will not touch me again till I comply. When did Doctors and Dentist start deciding what is best for us. Just do what my insurance is paying for and knock off adding what you think is best. Specially if your only the hygienist.

Plus it was all caused because I had a surgery right before my last cleaning and you would not do it without a Doctors note saying I could get a cleaning. Then they booked me out 6 month from then. Been going to you for over 20 years but I'm definitely rethinking.
