I had an appointment scheduled for 7:50 AM because there were no other available times. On my way there, I hit traffic, so I called the office and informed them that I would be 10-15 minutes late. The receptionist assured me that it was okay. After driving for 40 minutes, I arrived 11 minutes late, only to be told that I needed to reschedule. If they weren't going to accommodate the delay, they should have called me back and saved me the trouble of driving all the way there—especially since I had already taken time off work. To make matters worse, when I explained the situation, the receptionist claimed that she thought I said I would be just 5 minutes late.
Really? The whole experience was frustrating, and it shows a lack of respect for customers' time. The front desk and appointment management need serious improvement. And that's not even touching on the billing issues. .

Absolutely had the best experience with Dr. Patrone. I truly wish I found him sooner for my dental needs. My procedure was painless as possible and looks amazing. He explained everything in a way I understood and made sure to answer all my questions.
His scheduling was easy access and billing is straightforward. Front desk and staff are super nice. I am so happy I found him and will be my go to if I need a dental procedure. 5+ stars!!!!

Although dr Patrone was not my issue, his billing dept was. They never submitted my claim to my dental insurance. I paid over $1,800 for my portion of the service, ( which was significantly higher than what I was originally told) but regardless, the service went very well. I paid with my health benefits card which I'm being told is going to be suspended since I havn't submitted the proper receipt.
Billing said the balance was due to insurance not paying, BUT THEY HAVNT FILED THE CLAIM YET. I repeatedly called and left messages but have not received any return calls. I will not use dr patrone any longer not because of him but because of his billing dept.

Bad experience for an ortho consult. From the start he had a bit of an attitude and poor bedside manner. After barely looking at my teeth he insisted I get my teeth cleaned with him, but insurance would not cover that with him. I go to my dentist at my usual day and time for cleaning and he plays a game with me, said I need to come back in 2 weeks.
Ok. I come back and said he would not approve ortho until after he does grafts on my whole mouth, even after insurance it would be extremely expensive. Oh he seemed to get very angry when I brought up insurance, just had an attitude of shut up and do what I tell you. Based on his swanky office he is likely used to a certain clientele that just swipes their cards and drives home in their BMWs.
My ortho attempted multiple times to call and discuss my file with him but he ignored all messages, he couldn’t be bothered to talk with them. Avoid him, there are plenty of better perios to go to besides him. I had nothing but a miserable and dejected experience with him.
