My two sons, 16 and 20, and I were patients of the Gerlachs and decided to stay based on Chip's letter conveying his trust in the new dental team. We were not discussing. The entire experience was great, from the friendly and informative receptionist, to the hygienist who educated me respectfully, to Dr.

W who was professional and pleasant- I felt very well taken care of, especially on my 2nd visit to replace old fillings- it truly was a pain free experience.

I highly recommend Aesthetic & Wellness Dentistry in Middletown. I was having trouble at home filling out some forms. I stopped by this morning to ask how to handle not being able to move to the next module. The kind receptionist asked if I want to use their tablet or use paper. The tablet worked well and I opted to get X-rays while their for my upcoming appointment. That was great as I had no appointment today.

The nice professional dentist explained all that I needed and she will now start working up her plan. I felt so comfortable with her, that I asked if she will set up all procedures that works best. It was good to receive options. In a couple of weeks I know I will receive the same great service as today. Everyone that I encountered was smiling while sharing their joy.
