I visited this location after looking for a while for a dental care facility that met my needs and I was not disappointed! From the moment you step through the door the receptionist, Anna, welcomed me with a big smile and offered me a tour of the facility. This was unexpected but I appreciated the level of transparency they want to share with their patients. Anna was also very helpful in gathering my records from a previous provider. I was taken care of in a timely manner and I really enjoyed how Pedro, the person performing my dental cleaning, was explaining every step of what he was doing and making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The doctor that came to see me after my cleaning was done was also very nice and attentive.

The facility is neat and accessible. Plenty of paid parking all around the building. I truly recommend this place, so much so that I immediately booked an appointment for my husband.

I emailed to ask about what COVID mitigations the practice has available and got a screed in response minimizing COVID and ridiculing me for asking. Based on the other reviews, I'm sure this practice is full of lovely people, but since the person answering the contact form was so callous I didn't get to find out!

Great location and great team- they were incredibly empathetic and professional and you can tell the team cares for who they help, the work they do and for eachother. Its calm, its peaceful and its affordable :) Been to a lot of offices in the past trying to find the right care for me and glad to be able to return here.

Since my dentist of the past 30 years retired, I have been desperate to find a new dental office where I feel comfortable. I believe my search has come to an end! From the moment I reached out to Aethestic & Family Dentistry North Bethesda, I was met with warmth and professionalism. Everyone from the scheduling staff, to the dental hygienist to the dentist were incredibly friendly and made me feel at ease right away. The team took the time to explain all my options very clearly, they weren’t pushy, and they were transparent with the costs for the various options. I really appreciated their approach.

Their office is modern, clean, and comfortable. They also use the latest technology which made for a pleasant cleaning experience and for an easy to understand conversation regarding some of the teeth issues I’ve been having. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a modern, transparent, and friendly dental practice.
