The staff and dentist were friendly. But I did not have a professional experience here. I went in a couple times for different reasons. One was simply to get a cavity filled. She did an awful botched job at filling it in.

I had to get a crown put on my tooth as-well which she made at the office. The tooth had a very weird gritty texture that never went away. Not to mention my next visit she told me she needed to replace it already which I would have to pay for a whole new one. What? I’ve had quality crowns put in before that to this day feel great but not From here.

It’s been about a year since I was here but I harbor resentment. She didn’t understand her own billing process when I had questions, she put a big groove in my crown after using too much cement and trying to trim it down, the filling she put in another tooth has come out already and needs to be redone, had an overall judgy, impatient attitude, forgot about work we had planned (obviously she doesn’t read her patients charts when they come back), and since going to another dentist, realized she charges almost twice as much for a tooth extraction as my new dentist.

Don’t come here, save your money and get some quality work from another dentist.

Had an issue with my insurance not fully covering the bill. I had two different insurance companies call the office in J-Town and leave messages. When I called them back trying to figure things out, they said they received no phone calls or voicemails from my insurance.

Got tired of the frustration so went to office to pay myself, that's when I found out when you call their office if you don't press number one you can get transferred to a third party, would of been great to know that the first time I had an issue with why they didn't hear from my insurance, I guess they don't communicate very well with this third party. When I call an office, I expect to speak with someone at that office, not get mysteriously transferred to a third party.
