They were very professional and easy to work with! The most comfortable dentist I have ever went to! Dr. Durshanapalli was extra sensitive to my needs and helped overcome my anxiety and fears. And it helped that he has a great staff including Sammijo and Nicole that make it a pleasant experience!

Should have left when they wasn’t opened when I arrived. The young lady that came out called out for Steve which my last name is Stevens . She was rued and very unpleasant. Set in the room for 30 minutes before the dentist came in looked at my teeth walked out without saying anything. Came back in 5 minutes with a young lady had me lay completely flat . She had me open my mouth started spraying water and using the suction tube as he was so called cleaning my teeth which took less than 5 minutes . He stopped got up without saying anything and left .

She brushed fluoride on told me not to eat anything for 30 minutes . They never used a pick to clean , never flossed ,or polished my teeth. Walked outside had a mouth full of blood . My teeth bleed for awhile afterwards. I’ve had my teeth cleaned for 50 plus years and never had this happen. Went to them because of new insurance . Called the receptionist which was very nice told her I was very unhappy with the service .

She was going to have someone return my call that day that was 3 days ago. Guess what haven’t heard from anyone. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dentist and never will return there . Not worth 1 Star .

Do not go here! For so many reasons! First I'll start with how unprofessional they are. I was there one day for an appointment in a packed waiting room. All the sudden there is yelling and arguing. I'm thinking a patient is unhappy. Nope. Police show up. Reception tells us all we will be called in for a reschedule, but they have to close today.

The two dentist had an argument apparently that was bad enough to have police come. Second, there is rumor that most the people working there are not certified dental hygenist. They are trained there in the job. I can not confirm this, but from experience I believe it. Third, my sister and husband had X-rays and cleaning done, and told they had no cavities. They found this not to be true weeks later at another dentist. How they missed the cavities on the X-ray is beyond me.

I did not have a good experience here. I got dental replacements, and am so unhappy with them. I felt like there was no option to demand corrections. I plan on finding another dentist to fix my problem. I do not recommend this place.

My daughter's orthodontist recommended that she have her wisdom extracted when they removed her braces. She gets her 6 month check-ups at Affinity. I called in 2 weeks ago and told the woman that answered the phone that I'd like to schedule an appointment for a consultation regarding wisdom teeth extraction if that is a service that they offer. My daughter came out from her appointment today and said that they cleaned her teeth and asked if her wisdom teeth hurt then told her she was done.

I asked the woman sitting up front what was going on. She went to the back then informed me that they don't do extractions there and she recommended an oral surgeon. I didn't ask for a cleaning and she wasn't due for one. The woman said that she doesn't show a balance but when the insurance denies the claim I know that I will be getting a bill in the mail.

I'm not paying because I never requested a cleaning. They should of never scheduled the appointment to begin with. Now when I get a bill in 3 months I will be stuck fighting them in small claims court. Why would someone schedule an appointment for a service that they do not offer?
