I cannot stand their policy of only allowing patients to make 2 future appts at a time. What should've taken 4 weeks has now been stretched to almost 7 weeks. That is extremely frustrating. Also, had my first ever root canal on Friday. I was not given any instructions on what to expect or do or not do after my procedure. I just had to Google that. I've been drinking out of a straw since said root canal. I just found out I'm not suppose to. Lastly, I've never met Dr Leroy Horton.

I've only met his associates. Considering that's who my insurance pays for, you'd think I'd have met him. I have had the privilege of meeting Dr Kaliska Pacheco. She is lovely and takes the time to explain the procedures. She's very kind and friendly. All the techs that work in the back are extremely friendly and all seem to genuinely care about the patients. So, in all, I like this office. I just don't agree with some of their policies.

Dr. Horton and his staff are friendly and always professional and gentle with our children when the come in for their yearly visits. He thoroughly explains any question we may have and encourages them in caring for their teeth. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Horton for the entire family.

I have always gotten good service from the officer manager Stephanie and the others at the front desk have always been very nice an respectful also the dental assistant's too+I have never had to wait more than 5min. To be taken back for my appointment 👍Can't comment on how the dentist's are like. I have only worked with dentist their 1 about 18mos ago she was very good with the work she did but she's no longer there😕 I only seen 1 other dentist after her 1yr later a consultation after a deep scaling.

He was Asian he looked young right out of school I didn't agree about what he said about 1 of my back molars he talked to me like I didn't know anything about dentistry but I'm 60yrs. Old and been around the block more than once. But besides that overall I've been very satisfied with the work I have had done there😎
