Went through a small problem at first, not their fault at all. As soon as it was situated i got an appointment. I. had really bad teeth, from gum disease,physical abuse and car wreck. From the front desk to the Dr. They were truly awesome. Kind words from each of them. It has only been 2 days since my lower teeth were removed. The only thing I felt was those God awful novacain shots. But when they kicked in I never felt a thing. Dr Brown and staff have been amazing so it's been 2 days and the swelling is going down and the teeth are loose but I will be going back in about 2 weeks for adjustments.

So as of now, I have no complaints about the staff, the Dr or the surgery. They are loving, caring people. They really care about the patients. God bless them all. Have a follow up in a few weeks. God bless you all. Looking forward to feeling like a human again and going out in public without a mask. . BTW, the only reason I gave a 4 was IM NOT FINISHED YET! Can't wait to smile once again.

I went in for my consultation appointment and the dentist came in and as I was preparing to ask questions he told me he didn't have time to answer questions as he was in the middle of surgery. I thought a consultation was an appointment to sit down together and the dentist would answer my questions and show me my choices and we would go over what was best for me. I was wrong. The first set of dentures were very crooked. The dentist agreed and said they needed to remake the denture. (I thought upper and lower) but only remade upper even though bottom was crooked to. When I left the dentist appointment I called them back to ask them how they could remake a top denture that they lined up with a crooked bottom denture and they assured me that they would address that when I came back in for my next appointment. They didn't! I tried to tell them that the bottom denture was crooked too but the dentist nor the techs wanted to hear this. When I went back in for the wax try on for the remake denture it looked and felt okay, bur I had concerns that were ignored. When I went back the next week to get the new top denture, again it was crooked. It slanted down to the right (because they didn't fix the bottom denture) and the teeth do not line up. On the right side the teeth (upper and lower) don't hit.

On the left side the teeth hit. The dentist tried to tell me that the reason the denture was crooked is because there was too much on the top denture so he filed it down. That did not fix it because that is not the problem! The problem is they made crooked dentures. I did not have crooked teeth before dentures why am I going to pay for a crooked smile now. Also, I tried to eat a sandwhich and the top denture fell out. The bottom denture hurts so bad I can only wear it for a very short time. You are so rushed when the dr comes in that there is no way to know if your dentures feel good/fit good look good. Your denture is stuffed in your mouth, you're handed a mirror, very rushed and then out the door. I explained to the dentist that I have TMJ and my bite is different than most. It didn't seem to matter. I was totally ignored. I am back to the temp.

denture from 3 yrs ago when I am in public and no teeth the rest of the time. Affordable Dentures has too many patients to be able to give good quality care to each individual patient. They don't have time to listen to the patients and they don't care about the patients, they only care about how much money they can make in a day. I left there in tears and that dentist and both of those dental technicians know that my teeth were crooked and nobody cared. I will find a real dentist! One who cares about doing things right, one who listens. Update: I went to a private dental practice. I went in for a second opinion. As I was speaking with the dentist my top denture fell out! And yes it had plenty of glue on it. The dentist agreed with me that my dentures from Affordable Dentures are crooked, they slant to the right, and they are entirely too big for my mouth. These are the very things that I told Doctor Brown and both of those dental techs that work there. All 3 of them told me that my teeth didn't look that bad!! Absolutely not acceptable and no one there was very professional.

I had a wonderful experience, Dr. Brown is very nice and he does a great job. Plus his girls that work for him are very friendly and the secretaries are too. I would highly recommend anyone going there. God Bless each one of you ❤️ Thank ya'll 😊 My bonus daughter works there also and she does a great job on taking care of her patients 😀
