I came in at 10am with only a chip on the front tooth of my denture. I'm told that it will take until 4:30 to be finished. I arrive and they bring my denture to me and it has a slit down the front of them and cracks all thru it. I burst into tears and am shocked and dismayed, they say ok they will fix it.

But how about now I'm sitting, sitting waiting waiting. I'm horrified. I would never, ever come back here.

This will be a kind of long post but I feel it needs to be told. On my birthday the end of April I went in to my first appointment . When I walked in I was seen kind of quickly for impressions then came back in may to get extractions done at which point Dr. Lee came in and numbed me and started pulling teeth . I was already anxious and they knew that through paperwork so they allowed my husband back there ,needless to say very very horrible experience. But,because I was crying due to being in pain my husband was told by Dr faxio that she will kick us out with 5 teeth left in my mouth because of my crying.

I got the rest done and one of the nurses shoved the immediate Dentures so far down in my mouth that it was cutting into the tissue under my tongue and was very painful to the point I could not swallow and everytime I did for 3 weeks it hurt to where I was in tears . I called 48 hrs later to see if I could take them out which I was told yes . I was able to take my tops out but my bottoms were stuck(3 weeks). After they came out I tried to put back in and the fell in sink and cracked on the side. The top dentures are thin in place to where they are see through . I also have a pin hole in the tops.

Went In to find out what they could do to fix all the issues and they did absolutely nothing to fix any of it. They want to come back first it was to be July 7th 2025 now they have moved it to Aug 22 . Please if you are thinking of getting dentures go anywhere but here very unprofessional . Please no need to write back on my review with apologies because like all of you didn't care now I don't as well!

I did have a great experience, but I feel as if the patient should be kept a bit longer after extractions. I experienced heavy bleeding after and was just sent on my way, where I had to return the next morning. Also, for first time denture wear they should show you how to apply the adhesive and make sure you know how to properly put the Dentures in.

Sometimes moving too fast and not listening, especially the lady who did my impressions could use a better chair side manner.
