My first experience with the dentist was great and I left feeling confident and excited. The snow storm caused me to miss my schedule appt. Had no way of contacting them. 4 VMs, dozen calls later I got ahold of someone saying I would be called back. Will keep updating as I hate leaving negative reviews. Finally got a treatment plan, the website prices are very confusing regarding the package price. The website needs to explain the price difference between a single arch and double and how the wearer package price is for only one arch. This took 3 workers to understand as they were just as confused.

ALSO WEBSITE PRICES ARE NOT ACCURATE. VERIFY PRICES BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT SO YOU DON'T SIGN A TREATMENT PLAN THAT IS NOT WHAT you expect. The ladies were very understanding and helpful. Tomorrow after I get my new teeth I'll update you with photos. Thx for reading. So the extraction process was very professional I commend the Dr and assistant for there professional treatment. Only complaint was I left in critical pain but was prescribed ibuprofen 600mg. I tossed it in the trash.

Had to go to ER for pain management who was in shock I was put out without proper pain management. Having 20 teeth cut out in 2 hrs and not caring about my comfort is unprofessional. Maybe I'll send them the ER Bill. However besides the pain I am satisfied for now. It's the post op care that appears to be the problem after reading all reviews. I'm counting on them earning 5 Star from me. I will update again after my next refit appointment.

Dr. Saigal and Jessica are superb!! I had 6 teeth extracted at once, bone grafting, and temp dentures all done in an hour and a half! Very little pain afterwards. The 2 of them really make a person comfortable with their down to earth personalities.

We really wanted to love this experience. The first consult gave us hope. In October 2024, the extractions began for both uppers and lowers. After multiple visits across multiple days we had an emergency visit to a dental surgeon unexpectedly to clean up what was done in the office. The dentures have never fit.

Each time we call - they tell us to come in and get a reline (sometimes shaving and sometimes a softliner) however, they tell us it "just takes time" to get used to it. This is never the case, the pain does not let up. I tried to make an appointment for over three weeks I called and left multiple messages with no response to get it scheduled. Finally I caught someone in the office who scheduled an appointment six days later as the earliest available. We attended the appointment and were told "it's not that bad.

" The denture was shaved down and we were sent on our way with no regard to the pain or sores caused. I called immediately to schedule a new appointment and again left message after message with no response. Calling again today to get an appointment and I was directed to an off-site call center where we struggled to communicate, and I believe we *might* have gotten an appointment set up after an ABSURD amount of questions "How did you hear about affordable dentures?" WHYYY?!?!? At this point I believe our only resolution is to file a complaint with the dental boards.

Kudos to Dr. Nicholas and his staff, for they are absolutely awesome! Although it took a while to get my appointment scheduled, it was certainly worth the wait! I highly recommend Affordable Dentures of Huntington to anyone for their dental needs to be attended to in the most courteous and professional manner.
