I came in for a consultation. The staff was nice, helpful and knowledgeable. My only complaint would be that Dr. Adam's did not even examine my teeth. They took x-rays but he never looked at my teeth inorder to give a full consultation or his opinion about options he felt would be best for me.

Hoping this review will get the companies attention since I can never get through for a call. I made an appointment for my fiancé, when I called their outsourced team in India couldn’t answer my questions so they gave me a direct line to the location. The gentleman who was helping me was rude and kept talking over me when I was trying to communicate what we were looking for. After I made the appointment my fiancé decided to go somewhere else.

I called multiple times attempting to cancel it, when they texted me I kept saying no trying to cancel, by the 5th time someone texted me about rescheduling and I informed them we weren’t interested and to cancel. I still got texts all the way until the appointment still attempting to cancel. Then I got automated calls, after we missed the appointment, over the holiday weekend, at 6:15-7:19AM for days in a row letting us know we missed it and I needed to reschedule. I’ve also gotten more texts and emails since.

I’ve tried to call to get taken off their list, I’ve worked for med spas that do texts and cold calls too so I get you need to make money but it’s over the top and we won’t be using their services.
